Reducing Construction Costs through Integrated Project Delivery in Construction
September 30, 2022

Early contractor involvement enables cost-effective design choices, such as using precast walls or alternative foundation methods, reducing labor and material expenses. IPD also minimizes delays and material wastage, as all parties share responsibility for efficient project execution. This risk-sharing approach fosters collaboration, enhances project transparency, and ultimately increases profits for everyone involved, making IPD a preferred strategy for modern construction projects.
