Problem
The original Primavera P6 schedule, developed by the contractor’s former schedule consultant, was rejected by USACE due to non-compliance with project specifications. In addition, multiple delay events disrupted project milestones and required schedule justification through compliant Time Impact Analyses (TIAs) and executive-level reporting.
Solution
