We finalize your project’s Final Baseline CPM Schedule, Submittal Package Reports, and Narrative within Ten (10) Days from your Purchase Order.

We will revise and resubmit the complete package of the Baseline CPM Schedule free of charge as many times as needed until the client approves.

The invoice for our services will not be payable until your project owner approves the CPM Schedule.

CPM Schedule Progress Update Support Services

To Support your team with CPM Schedule Progress Update, we only need 4-6 hours a month to maintain and update your project CPM Schedule and produce the Update Submittal Package for Owner’s submission.

Our expertise is in CPM scheduling principles and how they can best be applied to achieve practical and impactful results through the execution lifecycle of projects.
