At Leopard Project Controls, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free refund policy within 7 days of your order. To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the terms outlined in our policy.
Cancellations & Refund Policy
Training course registrations will not be confirmed until registration is complete and billing information is received in full.
In order to cancel or reschedule a confirmed training, please submit an email request to info@consultleopard.com
Please submit all cancellation requests no later than 5 calendar days prior to the scheduled course date in order to receive a full refund of paid registration fees.
Cancellation requests made within 3-5 days before the scheduled course date will incur a 20% fee.
Cancellation requests made within 48 hours to the scheduled course date will incur a 30% fee.
Cancellation requests made within 48 hours to the scheduled course date will incur a 30% fee.
If you decide to drop from your enrolled class after the first session before the 2nd session starts, you will get 50% refunded of the full amount.
No refunds will be made after the 2nd session of the course.
No shows will incur the full cost of registration.
When you register for a class, you agree to these terms.
Cancellation By Leopard Project Controls
Leopard Project Controls reserves the right to cancel any training course due to insufficient enrollment at least 5 calendar days in advance of the scheduled course date. Notice will be provided with the option to reschedule for a future course date or to receive a full refund of registration fees.
Leopard Project Controls is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the customer if a training course is cancelled.
If a training class is cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances such as weather or natural disaster, the customer is entitled to reschedule for a future training course.
