Johnson, Mirmiran, and Thompson, Inc. (JMT) has been tasked by the City of Philadelphia, Division of Aviation (DOA) to design a conceptual plan for the reconstruction of Taxiway S from the Runway 9R End to Taxiway S4, as well as the Final Design for Package 1 of the overall construction program. Package 1 includes the reconstruction of Taxiway S from Taxiway U to Taxiway S4.

Project Relevance

The Design Team, which consists of JMT, Airport Design Consultants, Inc., Arora Engineers, Inc., DY Consultants, Inc., Forella Group, LLC, Milhouse Engineers, Inc., RDM International, Inc., Sci-Tek Consultants, Inc., Trans Solutions, LLC, and Leopard Project Controls initiated this multi-package design project in the Fall of 2021. Leopard Project Controls supported the project team with estimating services, CAD support, and high-level scheduling services.
