Parkview Recreation Center and Park

The project has an approximate area of 2.81 acres and is located southwest at the intersection of Fulton Avenue and Francis Street. The project will consist of expansion of a new gymnasium and the construction of a new playground, as well as associated parking, sidewalks, utilities, and stormwater management. The construction of Recreation Center and Park project including demolition of existing building, removal of site improvements, installation of underground utilities, construction of new one-story building consisting of a gymnasium and multipurpose rooms, fitness center, offices, kitchen, toilets, construction of storm water management, new site amenities, landscaping, hardscaping, detached pavilion and support package, concrete pavements.
