Responsibilities:
Baseline project CPM schedule development.
CPM schedule progress update.
Review critical path, cost loading, schedule content.
Prepare CPM schedule reports and project KPIs reports.
Meeting with clients to assist them with CPM scheduling request.

Requirements:
Proven CPM Scheduling experience in the US as a project scheduler.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business-related field.
Subject matter expert in using Oracle Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Knowledge of Critical Path Method Scheduling.
Construction industry experience.
Have demonstrated skill in identifying, analyzing and solving problems.
Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle preferred.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary.
Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude.
Effective oral and written communication skills as required for the position.
Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player.
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others.
Ability to develop construction schedules, incorporate changes to schedule baselines and updates.
Knowledge of earned value methodology, scope control and change management.
Prior experience in road, bridge, aviation and/or rail projects, along with municipal or commercial building projects is preferred.
Familiar with basic cost analysis and forecasting as it relates to planning and scheduling.
Familiar with construction contracting and the scheduling implications of contract terms.
Ability to use drawings and specifications for schedule development.
Ability to resource load schedule and perform remedial schedule risk analysis.
